AvianStudios.com was created to help market educational DVDs to resellers and pet bird owners. MaceMedia customized a WordPress implementation to achieve a “post-production” look. The site allows Dr. Scott Echols and Dr. Brian Speers, who are behind the effort, to easily notify readers of future speaking engagements and make announcements regarding the various products they are undertaking. A flash-based logo provides a bit of life to the header, while a jquery and flash video-based solution exhibits bio videos for numerous contributors. The website is scaleable, and editable to allow Dr. Echols to add to it as more products become available.

The Association of Avian Veterinarians’ previous website was cluttered and badly needed an informational hierarchy, along with everything from a top to bottom reorganization and new user and administrative back-ends to a distinct presence for its flagship publication, the Journal of Avian Medicine and Surgery.

MaceMedia delivered a clean, open layout with an easy to use navigation and a scalable means to feature key initiatives.
