As a spin-off product, the Federal Retirement Institute had met with early success but over the years began to degrade both technically and stylistically. However, it maintained a paid subscriber base and was badly in need of an upgrade. MaceMedia re-designed it from the ground up, removed clutter, eliminated bloated features and helped focus the site on its strong points - search functionality and access to proprietary content.

After rewriting underlying code, and creating a stock ticker widget to give the feel of up-to-the-minute content with virtually zero overhead, MaceMedia provided a stable, user friendly content management system. FEDweek is now more than pleased with the site and able to promote it once again.

MaceMedia delivered a clean, open layout with an easy to use navigation and a scalable means to feature key initiatives.

“Chris Mace is a talented and professional web designer. His skill and innovation helped make our website functional, visually appealing and something our entire organization can be proud of.

Thank you Chris!”

Fedweek is a leading provider of news and employee-focused publications for federal employees but had not updated its website for way too long. In meeting an extensive set of criteria, MaceMedia designed an entirely new look and re-wrote much of the underlying code and fixed their ecommerce system along the way, helping to drive sales.
